Can we say a prayer for you?

Everyone is welcome to drop into St Mary's to say a prayer, light a candle or just sit quietly. You can check our opening hours here. Sometimes, however, we have to shut at short notice, so please call us in advance if you are making a special visit: 01273 698601.

We also have a prayer cushion, just to the right of the candle stand and the wooden statue of Mary and the infant Jesus. You may write personal requests here and our pastoral care team will pray for you every Monday morning at 10.30am. You are also welcome to join in this time of shared prayer for the people in our community.

If you can't visit us, but would like us to pray for you or a loved one or to light a candle, please email our priest, Father Andrew, in confidence. You can also call him on 01273 698601 or fill in the form below. You can tell him as little or as much as you feel you need to and he will add your request to our prayers without revealing any private information. You can also make an appointment with him for a confidential meeting.

If you're going through a difficult time, it can be a help to know that kind strangers are holding you in their hearts and asking the Lord to surround you with love and give you strength.

You don't have to give your name or contact details, but if you would like a reply or acknowledgement, please provide an email address or phone number so that Father Andrew can get back to you.
