Brighton College's Grand Carol Service
Brighton College brings their superb choir and musicians to St Mary's for a Grand Carol Service, with a mix of carols for choir and congregation interspersed with readings from the Bible. This is a hugely popular event, as many pupils and family members attend it. Don't leave it till the last minute if you hope to get in!

St Mary's Carol Service
The Service of Nine Lessons and Carols is a beautiful, reflective service. This year the choir of St Mary's will be joined again by our friends from the Ovingdean Choral Society, conducted by Gregory Moore, with Andrew Beaizley on the organ. Traditional readings from the King James Bible and candles galore. Wine and Christmas nibbles afterwards.

Fourth Sunday of Advent - Sung Eucharist
Our normal Parish Eucharist on the Fourth Sunday of Advent. We'll be serving tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards, as usual, at 11.15 am. If you're not familiar with St Mary's and would like to look around, the tea and coffee slot is a great time to drop in, wander about and meet people.

Christmas Eve - Crib Service
A beautiful, accessible service especially for little children, with the crib, a stupendous tree, a sparkly reindeer and lots and lots of candles. Rather nice for older people too! Children are welcome to come in costume. We can always accommodate more shepherds, donkeys and angels - or whatever takes your little one's fancy.
